Mostly, I write M/M (male/male) romances, heavy on the erotica. Why do I choose to write in this genre? It's what I spent my early adulthood reading and loving, especially slash fanfiction. When my tastes shifted and I decided I'd like to write original fiction, it was a natural step to fall into writing gay erotica. I love to tell stories in which love features as prominently as sex, because I believe that gay men can truly fall for one another, and I like to think that my works reflect that. |
In my "off time", you can find me watching movies (I love the DVD rental services), reading a book on my Palm Pilot, or hanging out with the cats (I have six). Lately, you'll also find me sitting on the porch of my new-old home, part of a mill village in the town that I call home, or chatting with my friendly new neighbors.
I drink far more coffee than is deemed healthy by anyone sane. But I'll only drink stuff brewed from a vacuum-sealed brick if I'm desperate. Yeah, yeah, I know. *grin*
Mottos for life: Try anything once. It's true that writing is 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration. Never, never, never give up.
